I conduct legal research and draft corporate and regulatory documents. I also perform company secretarial duties, advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, taxation, and other commercial legal matters to ensure alignment with applicable Nigerian laws and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, I support dispute management through ADR mechanisms while assisting the firm’s broader litigation and advisory work.
